  • Develop and manage holistic advertising strategies for Google and Meta platforms

  • Oversee multi-channel ad campaigns for consistent brand messaging and performance

  • Create and execute impactful ad campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad vision across the organization

  • Ensure best practices are established and maintained across all ad accounts

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Conduct platform-specific research to inform ad strategy and positioning

  • Manage advertising budgets allocated to Google and Meta initiatives

  • Track and analyze ad performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

  • Gather and interpret audience insights to refine targeting and ad content

  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions for innovative ad concepts

  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI across search, display, and social ads

 

YOU’RE OUR IDEAL VIBE CURATOR IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising

  • Strong understanding of PPC, display advertising, and social media marketing principles

  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making

  • Outstanding communication and reporting abilities

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and related tools

  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (or willingness to obtain them)
